These Terms & Services describe how Havenline ("we", "our", "the studio") offers home improvement information, quotations, and related studio services through eyeglasshouseny.com. By browsing this website, submitting a form, or requesting a survey, you agree to this document. If you do not agree, please leave the site and do not send personal information through our forms.
Havenline is a home improvement studio. We plan and deliver kitchens, bathrooms, roofing and exterior work, interior painting, flooring, and additions. This website is a public brochure and enquiry channel. It is not a contract for building work until a separate written scope is agreed by both sides.
Nothing on these pages is a guarantee that a particular product, price, or programme will be available for your house. Every dwelling is surveyed because structure, moisture, and services change the work.
You may view, download, or print pages for personal, non-commercial use in considering our services. You may not copy the site as a template for another business, scrape content in bulk, introduce malware, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation. Logos, photographs, and written copy remain the studio's presentation materials.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw any page without notice. Content is offered as general home-improvement guidance and studio description, not as engineering, legal, or financial advice for your specific property.
Forms on this site are client-side enquiry tools. Submitting a form does not create a building contract, reservation, or obligation to proceed. Any figure shown on the Pricing page is a typical starting scope, not a fixed bid for your rooms.
A quotation becomes meaningful only after we have understood the house: access, occupied-room constraints, existing structure, water, extract, and the finishes you approve. We may decline work that we cannot sequence safely or to the standard we publish.
If we visit, you agree to provide honest information about known leaks, previous repairs, and who lives in the house during the works. Hidden conditions discovered after opening floors or roofs may require a revised scope. We will write that revision before continuing.
Home improvement disturbs dust, noise, and routine. We plan protection, tidy occupied thresholds, and keep a named supervisor, but we cannot promise a silent site. You remain responsible for valuables, pets, and access instructions unless we agree in writing to store or move specific items.
Materials are specified for the climate of the room. Natural timber, stone, and clay move with humidity. Hairline settlement after new work can appear as a house continues to dry. We close a snagging list at handover; seasonal movement after that is care, not always a defect.
We do not take responsibility for work by others on the same property, for DIY alterations after handover, or for damage caused by blocked gutters, overflowing appliances, or neglected maintenance that we have described in care notes.
Programmes are estimates based on the information we have. Lead times for joinery, sanitaryware, and roofing materials sit outside our factory. Weather can pause exterior work. Occupied-home protocols can slow a sequence that would be faster in an empty house. We will tell you when a date moves and why.
Drawings, mood boards, and specifications we prepare for a quoted project remain studio instruments of service until they are paid for under a separate agreement. You may not reuse them with another contractor without written consent. Photographs of completed work may be used by Havenline to describe our craft, unless a household asks us in writing not to show identifiable interiors.
All forms on this website run in your browser. They validate required fields and then show a confirmation message. They do not, by themselves, store your data on a server. If you choose to write to hello@eyeglasshouseny.com, ordinary email systems apply. Do not send payment card numbers through the site.
You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to discuss the property. If you submit someone else's email address, you confirm you have permission to do so.
Footer social icons and share buttons may open other platforms. Those platforms have their own terms. Havenline is not responsible for content or data practices off this site.
This website is provided as a public information service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general articles, from temporary unavailability of the site, or from your use of downloadable pages. Building work, if commissioned, is governed by the written contract for that project, not by these website terms alone.
Do not use the enquiry forms to send abusive, unlawful, or mass-marketing content. We may ignore or delete such messages. Repeated misuse may be reported to relevant authorities where required.
Paint, timber, stone, membranes, and roof coverings need the maintenance described in your handover notes: gentle cleaning, humidity awareness, gutter clearing, and prompt attention to new stains. Failure to follow care notes can shorten the life of an otherwise correct installation.
We may update this page as our services or the website change. The date below is the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised text.
Questions about these Terms & Services can be sent to hello@eyeglasshouseny.com. We will not publish a street address or telephone number on this website.
